Probá instalando el Update 3. Si eso no funciona probá instalando Steam, y si eso tampoco funciona probá setear fecha y hora del sistema en 13/11/2012 y GMT+8 (Pekin).

Me tira blue screen, me pasaba lo mismo con el Prototye 2 que no lo pude jugar
Fijate de postear la info del BSOD con el BlueScreenViewer (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html) con el lower pane mode seteado en Blue Screen Windows XP Style y en only drivers found in stack. Pegate unas capturas de eso que vemos si lo podemos dilucidar.
