Viendo el post de la maquina que compraste es algo común que las clavijas de disipador se hayan soltado , ya sea por vibración o por que no la ajustaron debidamente.
El disipador trae 4 anclajes que se sujetan al motherboard .cada anclaje tiene un dibujo en la parte superior de una flecha que tiene una orientación de derecha a izquierda ,el anclaje esta suelto cuando la flecha señala el interior del disipador y esta sujeto cuando la flecha esta orientada un cuarto hacia afuera.
La operación de fijar y soltar dichos anclajes es sencilla: Debes aplicar presión en las clavijas de manera firme dejando en la posición que antes te mencioné. Esto lo podés hacer con un destornillador de punta plana (dichas clavijas tienen una muesca donde podés colocarlo) recordá que no es un tornillo , son anclajes de presión y el radio de giro es solo de un cuarto de vuelta.
Ok ahora si se te "despegó" asumo que se soltaron dos anclajes (en el mejor de los casos y/o se te cayó el conjunto de disipador y ventilador en el peor de ellos) si aún está sujeto es simple, solo presioná de manera firme los anclajes que no estén sujetos copiando la orientación de los que si están.
Por el tema de la aislación térmica , al ser un equipo nuevo , no es necesario cambiarla por el momento.
Como precaución descargate algún soft que monitoree la temperatura de tu micro procesador la cual no debería superar los 45°.

Esto estaba todo suelto, imaginense el cagazo cuando levanto el gabinete para curiosear y escucho como se mueve el disipador en el fondo del gabinete. Menos mal que se me ocurrió revisar y que todavía no tengo monitor

Carlitos, hoy fui a comprar la pasta, cuando ceda un poco el calor y haya riesgo de sudar encima del mother (si, así de caluroso está) lo pongo bien. No tengo cámara para mostrar pero uno de los anclajes me parece que está roto, es mucho problema?

Mi recomendación es que reclames la garantía y te manden el producto en condiciones.

Bueno le hice un pequeño update a mi PC, le meti 4GB mas asi ya tengo 8GB y me actualizo al "nuevo standart"
