Well well, we somehow knew that the scene isn't really ready for a release like this, but when you look at it, there isn't any news to it
Quantum Break uses streaming videos for it's live action sequences. That means that you have to allow game to access internet access - the same way you in some games can access multiplayer or LAN access
Furthermore, even if you wont allow cracked material to allow internet access, you will get a "unable to steam" message screen, with a "skip this episode" button and you can continue to play the game offline
We're sure that eventually someone will come up with a "streaming movie patch", but expect it to be really huge in size. Only the XBOX ONE got access to those live movie sequences offline - and the size of those are over 76GB, but the PC does not have access to such a feature. Therefore the game isn't incomplete, as those live sequences can still be access in online mode or skipable in offline mode
So nukers - another pointless nuke!
