1. Unrar into your installation dir.
2. Block the game exes in your system firewall.
3. Play the game. When prompted, use "RELOADED" as login and "1" as password
to play the game offline.
Important note:

Run install.bat to copy the cracked profile ONLY if you haven't done it
already with our initial release, or it will erase your progress in
the game.

No sé como se hace eso de "Block the game exes in your system firewall". Lo demás lo hice todo pero cuando pongo el password y la contraseña me dice que no hay conexion y no me ninguna otra opcion, así que supongo que es eso del firewall. SOCORRO!!!
Encontre la solucion, no se si el parche 3 lo corrige, pero el problema eran las instrucciones del parche 1.01, dice copiar la carpeta profiles cuando en realidad lo que hay que copiar es la accounts dentro de usuario/appdata/roaming/ubisoft/anno 2070/ al menos en windows 7.
