segun lo que lei, a los que le paso es por los divers desactualizados de la placa de video
la solucion para los que tengan el problema de la pantalla oscura al salir del juego:
Simplemente hay que ir al acceso directo de MAFIA II y hacer clic derecho sobre el, luego propiedades, compatibilidad y ahi marcar
Deshabilitar composición de escritorio , aceptar y listo.

Ya se consigue hace unos dias el "The Betrayal of Jimmy" para pc en Multi8 con español incluido
Pd: Es el dlc exlusivo de PS3 que es una especie de precuela de "Jimmy's Vendetta" (300Mb)
