barock Activision Value se aprobecha de que sus competidores tinen miedo de poner sangre y ni hablar de destrozar miembros de hecho prefiriron hacer eso a pone gita para crear un juego como la gente
en mi opinion es una bosta
aguta la primer y grotesca bercion todas las demas son una estafa
pd: menos mal que no gaste un sentabo en este juego mal echo

Para maximizar, alli mismo donde agregaste -windowed
en la parte inferior te sale la opcion ejecutar:
minimizado normal maximizado
escoges la tuya...
de hecho funciona yo tambien pase por lo depantalla negra...
al parecer losq califican el juego bajo , debe ser por las espectativas de las partes anteriores del mismo juego, para alguien nuevo como yo, puedo decir q es un mata mata algo entretenedor y m atreveria a dar un 7

All i get is a black screen when i try to play the game.

Answer:
If you experienced "black screen" after starting the game, you may want to play the game in windowed mode (by default it runs in fullscreen).

Steps: 1. In the folder where you installed the game, locate the subfolder named SAVE and inside it the file named profile.dat

2. Delete the file profile.dat NOTE: This will delete your settings and unlocked state of missions, so in case you played the game before and it stopped working due to HW change, you may want to backup this file before deleting it.

3. Create a shortcut to the executable file SOF3.EXE: Open My Computer, browse to the directory where the game is installed, right-click on SOF3.EXE and select "Create shortcut". Shortcut will appear, named "Shortcut to sof3.exe" NOTE: As there are 2 files having the same icon picture in the game folder, be careful to select the executable. The other file is sof3.ico and it is labeled as "Icon" in windows explorer - please do not create shortcut to this icon.

4. Edit two of the shortcut properties: Right click on shortcut icon, select Properties:

4.1. Place cursor into the line "Target" and add to the end of line this text "-windowed" (enter it without quotes).

The final text in Target filed should be e.g. "C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Soldier of Fortune Payback\sof3.exe" -windowed Note that quotes are OK to end before the actual end of the line.

4.2. In the line named "Run" select "Maximized". Click "OK".

5. Start the game by clicking on the shortcut. The game will run in the window using the resolution that is set for desktop.

6. NOTE: In the game, if you will change settings in the Options, the game window will resize to small one. Please restart the game using the edited shortcut - the options settings are saved automatically after you selected to "Apply" them and you can continue playing the game.

Bueno, anduvo al pelo la solución de iniciar el juego en WINDOWED, pero lo que no anduvo al pelo ni ahi es el juego, q malo!!!!! parece q lo único que hicieron fue cambiar el diseño porque el juego es igual al primero (que en esa época era un juego muy bueno pero en los días que corren), el tipo ni siquiera se inclina a un costado para ver si hay alguien a quien matar, no, el tipo se manda de una y apenas te asomas te vuelan la cabeza jajaja q juego tan malo, ya ni me asombra que le vuelen las piernas a los pobres infelices, es un juego para under 15 o menos, lo deje quieto y terminé el Perseus Mandate. SALUDOS y FELICES FIESTAS !!!!

barock, no podes recomendar un juego que todo el mundo dice q es lo mas malo que salio en el año, bueno puedes pero....

El juego es MUY MALO, graficamente solo puedes editar la resolucion.
Luego no tiene ni siquiera una introccion a nada.

Eel manejo del "tipo" es lamentable, corres como si fueras en una Cinta transportadora, tiene 0 Sensacion de caminar.

Tenes razon y es verdad cuando lo vi por primera vez dije "no puede ser", pero sobre lo de barock, asi como todo el mundo podra decir que es malo o "ni se gasten", el puede decir "me encanto, pruebenlo" hasta donde se existe la libre opinion, esta en cada uno tomarlo o no.
