Solo hay que editar manualmente el archivo SteamEmu.ini dentro del directorio [half-life 2 episode two] y poner en la linea Language = Spanish

Como se edita master, se le agrega algo, como un documento de texto por ejemplo?

  Release Notes:

  Half-Life 2 - Episode Two was suffering from AI bugs and missing textures
  this was because our crack had a few bugs.. which are all fixed now.
  For the people that experienced the "MountAppFilesystem() failed:" problem
  Well that is because you did NOT extract all files from the .rar files.

  On Portal there were several bugs causing the game suddenly to crash
  when entering the elevator this is fixed now aswell.

  Additional Notes:

  Archievements won't work for now. And the answer on why our
  releases of the game we're so big is because the game requires several
  GCF files to make the game run.
  You CANNOT exclude them.. this will cause PROBLEMS.

  Also it might be possible that your savegames aren't working
  properly anymore with this fixed crack. Sorry for that.. but atleast
  you can have proper gameplay now
