To have subtitles in German, Spanish, Italian or French you can easily create a new *.reg file (include the text below in a new text file with the windows NOTEPAD and save it with the name of your choice in using the .reg extension). The language is selected in the line "Language ID"=dword:00000001. 1 = English (default), 2 = German, 3 I think that it's French. For others language you test the languages 4, 5 ... Launch your new reg file and check the game !
