The relationship between a chivalrous college student and his female best friend is put to the test during a crucial classroom assignment in this romantic comedy drama. Cassious (Volnerius Rackley) and Jenesis (Rachelle Neal) are best friends. But while Cassious is a die-hard romantic, Jenesis has given up on love after having her heart broken one too many times. Meanwhile, as Jenesis confides her in mother (Nannette Willis) and calls on Caesar (Amer Madanat) to fulfill her physical needs, Cassious keeps his romantic feelings for his cynical gal pal a carefully guarded secret. When Professor Mason (Troy Halverson) learns that Jenesis doesn't believe in love, he gives her a most unusual assignment for the semester: Jenesis is to interview 10 of her classmates on the topic of love, and submit her findings in the form of a documentary that Cassious will help to shoot.
